Leon Draisaitl, and Connor McDavid each scored for the Oilers in the victory. McDavid opened the scoring for Edmonton.

Los Angeles got goals from Adrian Kempe, and Kevin Fiala in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Cam Talbot stopped 24 of 26 shots for the Kings, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Edmonton went 1-for-4, while the Kings were 1-for-4 with the man advantage.

Los Angeles outshot Edmonton 28-26 in the game.

Next game, Edmonton takes its act on the road to face Anaheim looking for another win. For Los Angeles, they head home to face Toronto.
