Maple Leafs Fall 3-2 Against Dallas - Game Recap

The Maple Leafs came up short Thursday against the Stars, falling 3-2.

Dallas won as a +132 underdog, while Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 5.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Tyler Seguin, Denis Gurianov, and Radek Faksa each scored for the Stars in the victory. Gurianov opened the scoring for Dallas.

Ben Bishop turned in a 29-save effort for the Stars.

Toronto got goals from Zach Hyman, and Auston Matthews in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Frederik Andersen stopped 16 of 19 shots for the Maple Leafs, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Dallas went 1-for-4, while the Maple Leafs were 1-for-2 with the man advantage.

Toronto outshot Dallas 31-19 in the game.

Next game, Dallas takes its act on the road to face Montreal looking for another win. For Toronto, they head on the road to face Ottawa.
