Kansas City Defeats Arizona 38-10 - Recap

The battle between the Chiefs and Cardinals didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as Arizona was handed a 38-10 defeat on Saturday at State Farm Stadium.

Kansas City was a favorite by -7.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 40.0.

La'Mical Perine rushed for 41 yards, while Deneric Prince added 20 yards in the win. Rashee Rice and Ihmir Smith-Marsette added 96 and 92 receiving yards respectively.

Clayton Tune rushed for 35 yards for Arizona, while Keaontay Ingram added 28 yards. David Blough threw for 31 yards for the Cardinals, while receivers Andre Baccellia and Kaden Davis had 32 and 29 yards respectively.

Arizona was outgained by Kansas City 504-286 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 27-21 by the Chiefs.

Arizona lost the time of possession battle 30:39-29:21, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Kansas City takes its act home to face Cleveland looking for another win. For Arizona, they head on the road to face Minnesota.
