Philadelphia Falls 20-19 to Ravens - Recap

The Eagles came up short against the Ravens in Pre-Season Week 1 action on Saturday, falling 20-19 at M&T Bank Stadium.

The Ravens won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -6.0-point spread. OVER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an OVER play.

Justice Hill rushed for 48 yards, while Gus Edwards added 21 yards in the win. Sean Ryan and Travis Vokolek added 37 and 30 receiving yards respectively.

Rashaad Penny rushed for 34 yards for Philadelphia, while Marcus Mariota added 29 yards. Marcus Mariota threw for 58 yards for the Eagles, while receivers Tyrie Cleveland and Greg Ward had 68 and 53 yards respectively.

Baltimore was outgained by Philadelphia 335-272 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 20-18 by the Eagles.

Baltimore lost the time of possession battle 35:22-24:38, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Baltimore looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Commanders. The Eagles will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Cleveland.
