Terrapins Fall 31-24 Against Michigan - Game Recap
The Terrapins came up short against the Wolverines in Week 12 action on Saturday, falling 31-24 at SECU Stadium.
The Wolverines earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -17.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 51.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Blake Corum rushed for 94 yards, while Donovan Edwards added 39 yards in the win. Colston Loveland and Tyler Morris added 36 and 26 receiving yards respectively.
Roman Hemby rushed for 35 yards for Maryland, while Colby McDonald added 12 yards. Taulia Tagovailoa threw for 247 yards for the Terrapins, while receivers Kaden Prather and Jeshaun Jones had 81 and 70 yards respectively.
Maryland was outgained by Michigan 291-262 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 20-17 by the Wolverines.
Michigan led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:56-29:04 split in that important category.
Michigan looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Ohio State. Maryland will aim to get back on the winning track at Rutgers.
