Massachusetts Minutemen vs Liberty Flames Wrap - Liberty Wins 49-25

Liberty got a 118-yard performance from Kaidon Salter as a key part of its 49-25 victory over the Minutemen on Saturday at Williams Stadium.

Kaidon Salter rushed for 118 yards, while Quinton Cooley added 102 yards in the win. Kylen Austin and Noah Frith added 46 and 42 receiving yards respectively.

Kay'Ron Lynch-Adams rushed for 92 yards for Massachusetts, while Greg Desrosiers Jr. added 6 yards. Ahmad Haston threw for 54 yards for the Minutemen, while receivers Mark Pope and Gino Campiotti had 90 and 85 yards respectively.

Liberty outgained Massachusetts 549-391 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 27-20 by the Flames.

Liberty led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 34:01-25:59 split in that important category.

Liberty heads into a Week 13 battle against UTEP. Massachusetts, meanwhile, will have their next action against UCONN.
