BYU earned a 27-14 victory over Texas Tech on Saturday in Week 8 action at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

BYU was outgained by Texas Tech 389-277 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 19-12 by the Red Raiders.
