Bearcats vs Panthers Final: 27-21 - Recap

Pittsburgh was unable to contain Corey Kiner on Saturday and the result was a 27-21 Week 2 loss against the Bearcats.

Corey Kiner rushed for 153 yards, while Aaron Turner added 22 yards in the win. Braden Smith and Dee Wiggins added 59 and 52 receiving yards respectively.

C'Bo Flemister rushed for 38 yards for Pittsburgh, while Daniel Carter added 25 yards. Phil Jurkovec threw for 179 yards for the Panthers, while receivers Gavin Bartholomew and Konata Mumpfield had 80 and 53 yards respectively.

Pittsburgh was outgained by Cincinnati 371-262 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 20-18 by the Bearcats.

Pittsburgh lost the time of possession battle 34:43-25:17, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Cincinnati takes its act home to face Miami-OH looking for another win. For Pittsburgh, they head on the road to face West Virginia.
