Green Wave Fall 20-13 Against Tulsa - Game Recap
The Golden Hurricane grabbed a Week 11 victory over the Green Wave on Saturday, winning 20-13 at Benson Field at Yulman Stadium.
The Golden Hurricane were a -3.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 55.5.
Shamari Brooks rushed for 71 yards, while Anthony Watkins added 58 yards in the win. Ezra Naylor II and Cannon Montgomery added 62 and 59 receiving yards respectively.
Tyjae Spears rushed for 104 yards for Tulane, while Cameron Carroll added 16 yards. Michael Pratt threw for 178 yards for the Green Wave, while receivers Phat Watts and Jha'Quan Jackson had 49 and 45 yards respectively.
Tulsa outgained Tulane 382-308 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 21-12 by the Golden Hurricane.
Tulane led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 40:24-34:36 split in that important category.
