Tennessee Falls 41-17 to Bulldogs - Recap

James Cook tore up the turf for 104 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Bulldogs to a 41-17 win over the Volunteers at Neyland Stadium.

Georgia was a favorite by -19.0 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 56.0.

James Cook rushed for 104 yards, while Zamir White added 55 yards in the win. Adonai Mitchell and James Cook added 65 and 43 receiving yards respectively.

Jabari Small rushed for 49 yards for Tennessee, while Jaylen Wright added 14 yards. Joe Milton III threw for 88 yards for the Volunteers, while receivers Cedric Tillman and Ramel Keyton had 200 and 48 yards respectively.

Tennessee lost the offensive yardage battle to Georgia 487-387 yards in Saturday's game. Georgia had more first downs as that total ended up 26-22.

Tennessee lost the time of possession battle 32:40-27:20, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Georgia looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Charleston Southern. Tennessee will aim to get back on the winning track vs. South Alabama.
