Recap - Buckeyes Defeat Penn State 33-24

Ohio State's aerial attack produced 305 yards and the Buckeyes produced a 33-24 victory over Penn State on Saturday at Ohio Stadium.

Ohio State did not, however, defeat the Nittany Lions against the spread, which closed at -19.0 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 60.5.

C.J. Stroud completed 22 of 34 pass attempts for 305 yards for the Buckeyes in the win.

John Lovett rushed for 20 yards for Penn State, while Noah Cain added 13 yards. Sean Clifford threw for 361 yards for the Nittany Lions, while receivers Jahan Dotson and Parker Washington had 127 and 108 yards respectively.

Penn State lost the offensive yardage battle to Ohio State 466-394 yards in Saturday's game. Penn State had more first downs as that total ended up 27-22.

Penn State lost the time of possession battle 30:10-29:50, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Ohio State takes its act on the road to face Nebraska looking for another win. For Penn State, they head on the road to face Maryland.
