Boilermakers Fall 27-13 Against Notre Dame - Game Recap

Notre Dame won 27-13 on Saturday against Purdue behind a 120-yard receiving performance from Avery Davis at Notre Dame Stadium.

Kyren Williams rushed for 91 yards, while Chris Tyree added 29 yards in the win. Avery Davis and Kyren Williams added 120 and 47 receiving yards respectively.

Purdue outgained Notre Dame 348-343 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 19-16 by the Boilermakers.

The time of possession battle favored Purdue as their offense was on the field for 34:11, longer than the 25:49 of their opponents.

Notre Dame looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Wisconsin. Purdue will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Illinois.
