Air Force Defeats Navy 23-3 - Recap

Air Force cruised to victory on Saturday, as they ran up a 23-3 score against Navy in Week 2 action at Jack Stephens Field at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

Air Force was the ATS victor, as they covered the -6.0-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 39.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Brad Roberts rushed for 97 yards, while Haaziq Daniels added 51 yards in the win. Micah Davis and Kyle Patterson added 27 and 22 receiving yards respectively.

Xavier Arline rushed for 31 yards for Navy, while James Harris II added 17 yards. Xavier Arline threw for 0 yards for the Midshipmen, while receivers Mychal Cooper and Chance Warren had 15 and 11 yards respectively.

Navy lost the offensive yardage battle to Air Force 225-68 yards in Saturday's game. Air Force had more first downs as that total ended up 14-6.

The time of possession battle favored Air Force as their offense was on the field for 36:48, longer than the 23:12 of their opponents.

Next game, Air Force takes its act home to face Utah State looking for another win. For Navy, they head on the road to face Houston.
