Appalachian State Falls 24-21 to Ragin' Cajuns - Recap

Louisiana-Lafayette earned a 24-21 victory over Appalachian State on Friday in Week 14 action at Kidd Brewer Stadium.

Louisiana-Lafayette was outgained by Appalachian State 290-227 yards in Friday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 19-18 by the Mountaineers.

The time of possession battle favored Appalachian State as their offense was on the field for 35:43, longer than the 24:17 of their opponents.
