Edmonton Falls 24-18 to Stampeders - Recap

The Stampeders were Week 8 winners on Saturday, coming out on top of the Eskimos by a score of 24-18 at McMahon Stadium.

C.J. Gable rushed for 27 yards for Edmonton, while Trevor Harris added 1 yards. Trevor Harris threw for 373 yards for the Eskimos, while receivers Ricky Collins Jr. and Kevin Elliott had 148 and 88 yards respectively.

Edmonton outgained Calgary 401-244 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 15-13 by the Eskimos.

The time of possession battle favored Edmonton as their offense was on the field for 31:26, longer than the 28:34 of their opponents.

Next game, Calgary takes its act on the road to face Winnipeg looking for another win. For Edmonton, they head home to face Ottawa.
