Duquesne Defeats La Salle 75-63 - Recap
Duquesne got 22 points from Jimmy Clark III en route to a 75-63 victory over La Salle on Wednesday at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
Duquesne was a -8.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
Dusan Mahorcic had 13 points for Duquesne and David Dixon chipped in with 9 points. Jimmy Clark III had 8 assists for them, while Dae Dae Grant was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 6 boards.
La Salle got 17 points from Daeshon Shepherd in a losing cause and another 14 points from Khalil Brantley. Khalil Brantley contributed 7 assists for them, while Khalil Brantley had 7 rebounds.
Duquesne was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Duquesne won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-30.
