UC Irvine Falls 66-62 Against Duquesne - Game Recap
Duquesne got 15 points from Andrei Savrasov as they ran past UC Irvine 66-62 on Wednesday at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
Duquesne earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -5.5-point spread.
Duquesne got 12 points from David Dixon and another 11 points from Dae Dae Grant. Jimmy Clark III contributed 5 assists, while Andrei Savrasov cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
UC Irvine got 13 points from Justin Hohn in a losing cause and another 13 points from Andre Henry. Pierre Crockrell II contributed 5 assists for them, while Devin Tillis had 7 rebounds.
Duquesne was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
UC Irvine had a 34-28 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
