Merrimack got 9 points from Bryan Etumnu and another 8 points from Samba Diallo. Adam Clark contributed 6 assists, while Jordan Derkack cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Stonehill College got a 19-point performance from Max Zegarowski, who was supported by 12 points from Tony Felder Jr.. Todd Brogna had 10 assists in a losing cause for Stonehill College, while Todd Brogna grabbed 8 rebounds.
Merrimack was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Stonehill College had a 33-31 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
