Buffalo Falls 83-52 to Kent State - Recap

The battle between Kent State and Buffalo didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Buffalo was handed a 83-52 defeat on Friday at Alumni Arena.

Kent State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -8.0-point spread as favorites.

Kent State got 17 points from Giovanni Santiago and another 17 points from Jalen Sullinger. Giovanni Santiago contributed 10 assists, while VonCameron Davis cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.

Buffalo got a 12-point performance from Sy Chatman, who was supported by 12 points from Isaiah Adams. Isaiah Adams had 3 assists in a losing cause for Buffalo, while Anquan Boldin Jr. grabbed 5 rebounds.

Kent State led at halftime, 51-23.

Kent State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 40-16.

Kent State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Western Michigan. Buffalo will aim to get back on the winning track at Bowling Green.
