Queens got 16 points from BJ McLaurin and another 14 points from Chris Ashby. Bryce Cash contributed 4 assists, while Deyton Albury cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Stetson got a 29-point performance from Stephan Swenson, who was supported by 14 points from Jalen Blackmon. Stephan Swenson had 4 assists in a losing cause for Stetson, while Aubin Gateretse grabbed 10 rebounds.
Queens led at halftime, 49-42.
Stetson won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-29.
