North Alabama Defeats Lipscomb 75-70 - Recap
Lipscomb was burned for 25 points by Jacari Lane on Thursday as North Alabama picked up a 75-70 win at CB&S Bank Arena at Flowers Hall.
North Alabama got 17 points from KJ Johnson and another 14 points from Damian Forrest. Jacari Lane contributed 5 assists, while Dallas Howell cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
Lipscomb got a 17-point performance from Will Pruitt, who was supported by 17 points from AJ McGinnis. Joe Anderson had 5 assists in a losing cause for Lipscomb, while Owen McCormack grabbed 8 rebounds.
North Alabama was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Next game, North Alabama takes its act home to face Austin Peay looking for another win. For Lipscomb, they head on the road to face Central Arkansas.
