Northwestern State Falls 68-59 to McNeese State - Recap
McNeese State grabbed a 68-59 win over Northwestern State on Monday, behind a 18-point effort from Shahada Wells at Prather Coliseum.
Antavion Collum had 12 points for McNeese State and Javohn Garcia chipped in with 11 points. Shahada Wells had 5 assists for them, while Christian Shumate was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Northwestern State got 17 points from Cliff Davis in a losing cause and another 11 points from Braelon Bush. Chase Forte contributed 4 assists for them, while Justin Wilson had 7 rebounds.
