Maui Invitational - Chaminade Falls 83-56 to Kansas - Recap
Kansas blew out Chaminade on Monday, running up the score in a 83-56 win at SimpliFI Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.
Kansas did not, however, defeat Chaminade against the spread, which closed at -42.5 at most sportsbooks.
Hunter Dickinson had 31 points for Kansas and Kevin McCullar Jr. chipped in with 22 points. Kevin McCullar Jr. had 10 assists for them, while Hunter Dickinson was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.
Chaminade got 12 points from Ross Reeves in a losing cause and another 12 points from Wyatt Lowell. Isaac Amaral-Artharee contributed 4 assists for them, while Isaac Amaral-Artharee had 5 rebounds.
Kansas was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Kansas won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 36-26.
