Hartford was victimized for 25 points and 12 rebounds by Jordan Minor as Merrimack defeated them 67-59 in NCAA action on Thursday.
Ziggy Reid had 24 points for Merrimack and Javon Bennett chipped in with 13 points. Javon Bennett had 9 assists for them, while Jordan Minor was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 12 boards.
Hartford got 18 points from Briggs McClain in a losing cause and another 12 points from Michael Dunne. Michael Dunne contributed 4 assists for them, while Jared Kimbrough had 9 rebounds.
Merrimack was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
