Recap - Princeton Defeats Columbia 88-66

The battle between Princeton and Columbia didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Columbia was handed a 88-66 defeat on Saturday at L. Stockwell Jadwin Gymnasium.

Princeton won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -16.5-point spread as favorites.

Princeton got 19 points from Tosan Evbuomwan and another 14 points from Keeshawn Kellman. Tosan Evbuomwan contributed 4 assists, while Caden Pierce cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.

Columbia got a 13-point performance from Avery Brown, who was supported by 12 points from Zavian McLean. Geronimo Rubio De La Rosa had 2 assists in a losing cause for Columbia, while Geronimo Rubio De La Rosa grabbed 12 rebounds.

Princeton was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Princeton heads into a battle against Dartmouth. Columbia, meanwhile, will have their next action against Yale.
