Norfolk State grabbed a 64-59 win over Monmouth on Thursday, behind a 23-point effort from Joe Bryant Jr. at OceanFirst Bank Center.
Norfolk State got 13 points from Christian Ings and another 9 points from Kris Bankston. Christian Ings contributed 3 assists, while Joe Bryant Jr. cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
