Recap - Arizona Defeats Morgan State 93-68
The battle between Arizona and Morgan State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Morgan State was handed a 93-68 defeat on Thursday at McKale Memorial Center.
Arizona got 26 points from Azuolas Tubelis and another 21 points from Oumar Ballo. Courtney Ramey contributed 7 assists, while Azuolas Tubelis cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Morgan State got 23 points from Malik Miller in a losing cause and another 22 points from Isaiah Burke. Isaiah Burke contributed 5 assists for them, while Khalil Turner had 5 rebounds.
Arizona was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Arizona won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 35-19.
Next game, Arizona takes its act on the road to face Arizona State looking for another win. For Morgan State, they head on the road to face Hartford.
