Clemson Falls 71-69 to Duke - Recap

Duke grabbed a 71-69 win over Clemson on Tuesday, behind a 19-point effort from Paolo Banchero at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Duke won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -11.5-point spread.

Wendell Moore Jr. had 13 points for Duke and Joey Baker chipped in with 11 points. Jeremy Roach had 9 assists for them, while Mark Williams was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.

Clemson got a 14-point performance from PJ Hall, who was supported by 13 points from Hunter Tyson. Al-Amir Dawes had 5 assists in a losing cause for Clemson, while PJ Hall grabbed 10 rebounds.

Duke was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Clemson had a 37-30 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Duke heads into a battle against Louisville. Clemson, meanwhile, will have their next action against Florida State.
