Drexel Downs Elon 77-49 - Match Report
Elon was run off the court by Drexel on Thursday as they blasted them 77-49 at John A Daskalakis Center.
Drexel won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -5.5-point spread as favorites.
Drexel got 17 points from Camren Wynter and another 17 points from Amari Williams. Camren Wynter contributed 3 assists, while Melik Martin cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Elon got a 16-point performance from Hunter Woods, who was supported by 14 points from Michael Graham. Hunter McIntosh had 1 assists in a losing cause for Elon, while Michael Graham grabbed 17 rebounds.
Drexel was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Elon won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 31-25.
Next game, Drexel takes its act home to face William & Mary looking for another win. For Elon, they head on the road to face Delaware.
