Navy Falls 69-52 to Towson - Recap
Towson got 24 points from Nicolas Timberlake en route to a 69-52 victory over Navy on Wednesday at Alumni Hall.
Charles Thompson had 10 points for Towson and Cam Holden chipped in with 8 points. Terry Nolan Jr. had 8 assists for them, while Charles Thompson was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.
Navy got 13 points from Jaylen Walker in a losing cause and another 12 points from Greg Summers. Austin Inge contributed 2 assists for them, while Richard Njoku had 10 rebounds.
Towson was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Navy won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 45-30.
Towson looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the James Madison. Navy will aim to get back on the winning track at Holy Cross.
