Arizona Defeats North Dakota State 97-45 - Recap

The battle between Arizona and North Dakota State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as North Dakota State was handed a 97-45 defeat on Tuesday at McKale Memorial Center.

Arizona won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -16.5-point spread as favorites.

Christian Koloko had 16 points for Arizona and Azuolas Tubelis chipped in with 15 points. Bennedict Mathurin had 4 assists for them, while Bennedict Mathurin was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

North Dakota State got a 10-point performance from Jarius Cook, who was supported by 8 points from Maleeck Harden-Hayes. Tyree Eady had 3 assists in a losing cause for North Dakota State, while Andrew Morgan grabbed 8 rebounds.

Arizona was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Arizona had a 48-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Next game, Arizona takes its act on the road to face Wichita State looking for another win. For North Dakota State, they head home to face Tarleton State.
