The battle between Bowling Green and Robert Morris didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Robert Morris was handed a 85-65 defeat on Friday at UPMC Events Center.
Bowling Green got 24 points from Justin Turner and another 15 points from Daeqwon Plowden. Justin Turner contributed 11 assists, while Daeqwon Plowden cleaned the glass with 13 rebounds.
Robert Morris got a 20-point performance from AJ Bramah, who was supported by 8 points from Trayden Williams. Jon Williams had 5 assists in a losing cause for Robert Morris, while AJ Bramah grabbed 8 rebounds.
Bowling Green was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
