Notre Dame vs Detroit Final: 78-70 - Recap
Notre Dame earned a 78-70 victory over Detroit on Sunday, getting 18 points from Prentiss Hubb at Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center.
Notre Dame did not, however, defeat Detroit against the spread, which closed at -12.5 at most sportsbooks.

Detroit got a 18-point performance from Bul Kuol, who was supported by 15 points from Matt Johnson. Dwayne Rose Jr. had 3 assists in a losing cause for Detroit, while Willy Isiani grabbed 10 rebounds.
Notre Dame was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Notre Dame had a 41-37 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Notre Dame heads into a battle against Ohio State. Detroit, meanwhile, will have their next action against Kent State.
