Hawaii cruised to victory on Saturday, running Cal State-Fullerton out of the gym and running up a 76-53 score at Titan Gym.
Hawaii won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -2.5-point spread as favorites.
Hawaii got 14 points from Junior Madut and another 13 points from James Jean-Marie. JoVon McClanahan contributed 5 assists, while Mate Colina cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Cal State-Fullerton got 12 points from Tray Maddox Jr. in a losing cause and another 9 points from Dante Maddox Jr.. Dante Maddox Jr. contributed 4 assists for them, while Josh Hall had 5 rebounds.
Hawaii led at halftime, 35-29.
Hawaii won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 47-21.
