Wofford Terriers vs Furman Paladins Recap - Furman Wins 67-66

Noah Gurley scored 22 points leading Furman to a 67-66 victory over Wofford at Timmons Arena on Saturday.

Furman won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -7.5-point spread.

Mike Bothwell had 18 points for Furman and Jordan Lyons chipped in with 10 points. Mike Bothwell had 3 assists for them, while Noah Gurley was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.

Wofford got a 17-point performance from Storm Murphy, who was supported by 15 points from Nathan Hoover. Storm Murphy had 5 assists in a losing cause for Wofford, while Chevez Goodwin grabbed 11 rebounds.

Furman trailed at halftime, 33-27.

Wofford had a 35-24 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Furman looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the UNC Greensboro. Wofford will aim to get back on the winning track vs. East Tennessee State.
