Recap - Michigan State Defeats Northwestern 79-50

Michigan State cruised to victory on Wednesday, running Northwestern out of the gym and running up a 79-50 score at Jack Breslin Student Events Center.

Michigan State was a favorite by -16.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors.

Cassius Winston had 18 points for Michigan State and Xavier Tillman chipped in with 12 points. Xavier Tillman had 4 assists for them, while Xavier Tillman was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

Northwestern got 11 points from Pat Spencer in a losing cause and another 8 points from Ryan Young. A.J. Turner contributed 2 assists for them, while Robbie Beran had 6 rebounds.
