Timberwolves vs Bucks Final: 129-105 - Recap

The battle between the Timberwolves and Bucks didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as Milwaukee was handed a 129-105 defeat on Thursday at Fiserv Forum.

The Timberwolves were a -2.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 222.5.

Minnesota got 26 points from Anthony Edwards and another 19 points from Karl-Anthony Towns. Anthony Edwards contributed 9 assists, while Rudy Gobert cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.

The Bucks got a 27-point performance from AJ Green, who was supported by 21 points from Jae Crowder. Pat Connaughton had 9 assists in a losing cause for Milwaukee, while Bobby Portis grabbed 9 rebounds.

The Timberwolves hit the break winning 63-53 before taking care of business in the second half.

Minnesota won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 43-35.

Next game, Minnesota takes its act on the road to face Los Angeles looking for another win. For Milwaukee, they head home to face Charlotte.
