Oklahoma City Falls 122-118 to Wizards - Recap

The Thunder were burned for 29 points by Kyle Kuzma on Tuesday as the Wizards picked up a 122-118 win at Capital One Arena.

Washington won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -7.0-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 210.5.

Washington got 22 points from Spencer Dinwiddie and another 16 points from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. Spencer Dinwiddie contributed 10 assists, while Montrezl Harrell cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.

The Thunder got a 32-point performance from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who was supported by 18 points from Josh Giddey. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 8 assists in a losing cause for Oklahoma City, while Darius Bazley grabbed 9 rebounds.

The Wizards hit the break losing 61-58 before taking care of business in the second half.

Washington won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 42-41.

Washington heads into a battle against the Magic. Oklahoma City, meanwhile, will have their next action against Brooklyn.
