Northeastern Falls 76-68 to Drexel - Recap
Northeastern was burned for 26 points by Camren Wynter on Saturday as Drexel picked up a 76-68 win at Matthews Arena.
Drexel was an underdog by +3.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors.
Melik Martin had 12 points for Drexel and Amari Williams chipped in with 12 points. Camren Wynter had 9 assists for them, while Amari Williams was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Northeastern got 19 points from Nikola Djogo in a losing cause and another 18 points from Jahmyl Telfort. Glen McClintock contributed 5 assists for them, while Nikola Djogo had 8 rebounds.
Northeastern won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-27.
Next game, Drexel takes its act on the road to face Hofstra looking for another win. For Northeastern, they head home to face Delaware.
